At Metwoo.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a transparent and hassle-free refund process. Please read our refund policy below for details.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
  • The request for a Return must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Refund Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@metwoo.in with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned item.

Step 2: Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Step 3: Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Step 4: Refund Issuance

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be processed through NEFT or UPI transfer, and we may request your bank details for the same.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@metwoo.in.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, contact us at support@metwoo.in, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support at support@metwoo.in.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
